Hi! I'm Ian and welcome to my cottage bakery!

All flours are organic and milled locally. Loaves are fermented overnight, freshly baked each morning, and delivered to your door by evening. I'm self-taught and want to build a sustainable bakery that feeds my community.:)

City Loaf...................$10

A crisp oval loaf with a light and tangy crumb. This hybrid "not-so-sour" sourdough is my attempt to combine traditional ingredients with contemporary techniques.

Country Loaf................$10

A sweet, dense, and chewy sourdough loaf made with whole wheat. A nutritious slice for the countryside, my "Pain de Campagne".

Baguettes...................$5

A pair of long loaves with a crunchy egg-shell crust and soft pillowy interior. Just a good old french roll, perfect for a Po' Boy.

Cinnamon Rolls..............$20

Four fluffy browned-butter cinnamon rolls with vanilla icing. My family's go-to for a special brunch.

Cardamom Rolls..............$20

A sweet cardamom filling and rose icing, grounded in the earthy tones of black sesame seeds. The Afghan flavors I grew up with in the familiar form of an American Cinnamon Roll.
